Personal desk utility

Terms of Service

Focus Desk is a personal, locally run utility operated by Pavel Konoplenko for his own use. It is not offered as a public product or hosted service. Questions can be sent to pkonopl@gmail.com.

Desk movement

Focus Desk can move a compatible UPLIFT desk when Pavel commands it or enables a timed rule. Pavel is responsible for keeping the full travel path clear and stopping the rule if movement is obstructed or unexpected. Wearable readings never trigger desk movement.

Wearable readings

Oura and Apple Health readings can be delayed or incomplete. Focus Desk is not a medical device, and its display is not for medical decisions. Access to those services is also governed by the permissions Pavel grants and the providers' own terms.

Availability

This personal utility may be interrupted by Bluetooth, network, computer, or provider failures. Pavel can disable the automatic desk rule and disconnect Oura from the local dashboard at any time.
