Focus Desk

Focus Desk is a personal app that runs on Pavel Konoplenko's Mac. It controls his compatible UPLIFT standing desk and can run a timed sit-and-stand routine. The dashboard runs locally on the Mac; this website is an information page, not a hosted desk controller.

Optional wearable readings

If Pavel connects his Oura account, Focus Desk requests the Daily and Heart Rate permissions to display recent heart rate, readiness, and step readings with their measurement times. An optional iPhone companion can provide Apple Health heart rate and step readings. Wearable readings are shown for context and do not trigger desk movement.
